Free Consultation | initial phone call, zoom, google meet to discuss your event, vision, scope and budget to help us tailor a realistic proposal.
Site Visit | We meet you on site at the event space to assess the area and explore design possibilities
Design Proposals (Optional) | If a project warrants it or can be approached in a variety of different ways, an optional design proposal can be created for the client to choose which way they would like the event to be delivered.
Budget & Approval | We provide an itemised budget for the design, equipment hire, personnel, transport and if applicable any accommodation elements. A review call ensures alignment before approval.
Payment & Sourcing | Our client payment terms are 30% deposit, 40% Interim Payment and a 30% completion / settlement payment
Schedule, deployment & installation | We create detailed event delivery schedules for each event, detailing equipment, staff & installation times, build times, event program and de-rig to ensure a successfully delivered event

We have a clear defined prep and maintenance program, all equipment is checked and tested in and out of each job. Time is taken in prep to ensure all equipment is always in a A1 condition for every client’s event
