AAP is a company focused on technical production with over 25 years of experience designing and delivering sound installation solutions to a wide range of live events. Based in Brighton, East Sussex we specialise in turnkey approaches taking a client's brief from initial inception through to a working design, cost estimation, logistics planning, on-site delivery, and the successful deployment and running of the event. HOW WE WORK

 
 

Step 1

Free Consultation | initial phone call, zoom, google meet to discuss your event, vision, scope and budget to help us tailor a realistic proposal.

Step 2

Site Visit | We meet you on site at the event space to assess the area and explore design possibilities

Step 3

Design Proposals (Optional) | If a project warrants it or can be approached in a variety of different ways, an optional design proposal can be created for the client to choose which way they would like the event to be delivered.

Step 4

Budget & Approval | We provide an itemised budget for the design, equipment hire, personnel, transport and if applicable any accommodation elements. A review call ensures alignment before approval.

Step 5

Payment & Sourcing | Our client payment terms are 30% deposit, 40% Interim Payment and a 30% completion / settlement payment

Step 6

Schedule, deployment & installation | We create detailed event delivery schedules for each event, detailing equipment, staff & installation times, build times, event program and de-rig to ensure a successfully delivered event
